Report a broken site
Email Contact@clearweb.app for broken-site reports, billing questions, privacy questions, and general support.
Send the full page URL, what went wrong, and whether the page works after pausing ClearWeb on that site.
For visual issues, include a screenshot. For account or license issues, include the email used at checkout and the license status shown in ClearWeb Settings.
Priority support
Pro users receive priority review for broken-site reports, license activation problems, and billing-access issues.
Free user reports are still reviewed and batched into the weekly compatibility pass.
Before sending
- Reload the page after changing ClearWeb settings.
- Check whether the site is paused or allowlisted.
- Reload the extension from
chrome://extensionsif you just installed an update. - Use the troubleshooting export in ClearWeb Settings when a problem is hard to reproduce.
