Use of ClearWeb

ClearWeb is provided to help users reduce ads, trackers, popups, and distracting page elements. You are responsible for deciding when to enable, pause, or allowlist ClearWeb on a website.

Free and Pro features

Core blocking features are available without a paid account. ClearWeb Pro unlocks additional cleanup, customization, and support features when a license is active, trialing, or lifetime.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Subscription billing, cancellation, and payment method updates are handled through the billing portal linked from the ClearWeb account page.

Refunds

If a paid plan does not work as expected, email Contact@clearweb.app with the account email, license key, and a description of the problem. Refund requests are reviewed based on payment status, usage, and the nature of the issue.

Site compatibility

Websites change frequently, and no blocker can guarantee that every site will behave perfectly. If ClearWeb breaks a site, pause ClearWeb on that site and send a broken-site report so the issue can be reviewed.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClearWeb, its backend, or its support channels to abuse websites, bypass access controls unlawfully, probe systems you do not own, or interfere with other users.

Changes

ClearWeb features, pricing, and terms may change over time. Material changes should be reflected on this page before launch or release.
